RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for any reason and ask for an exchange or refund without any penalty, except for the shipping costs. The items must be returned no later than fourteen days after you have informed Maison Boanton of your decision to cancel.

All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. Incomplete, damaged, scratched, soiled or damaged items sent by the customer will not be accepted as they cannot be resold and will not be refunded or exchanged.

The original purchase price of the items will be refunded to the customer, excluding shipping costs, upon receipt and acceptance of the goods by Maison Boanton. In the event of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent to the customer as soon as the returned product has been received and accepted by Maison Boanton. The return costs are your responsibility, but the return costs of the exchanged item are the responsibility of MAISON BOANTON, within the limit of one exchange.

Before sending your return/exchange, please contact our customer service department by email at support@boanton.com, specifying your order reference and the reason for your return/exchange. If you do not contact us before shipping the items, you risk not receiving your refund or exchange.

WARRANTY

Our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of shipment. The warranty does not cover damage to any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, improper use of the watch or failure to follow the instructions provided by Maison Boanton.
