RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange or refund.

To submit a return or cancellation request, or to exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the “Right of Withdrawal” link available in the footer of our website, or access your customer account using the email address used for your order.

After your request, the items must be sent back within 14 days.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, complete, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Incomplete, damaged, scratched, worn, soiled or altered items will not be accepted.

Personalised, engraved or made-to-order products cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged, in accordance with applicable law.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

After receipt and inspection by Maison Boanton, the amounts eligible for refund will be refunded to the payment method used for the order, in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of an exchange, the replacement product will be sent after receipt and acceptance of the returned product. Shipping costs for the exchanged product will be covered by Maison Boanton, within the limit of one exchange.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request its cancellation from your customer account, via the “Right of Withdrawal” link.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

WARRANTY

Our products are guaranteed for two years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accident, improper use, or failure to follow the instructions provided by Maison Boanton.
